Why the name?

Why the name?

In 1986, during the Coca-Cola Centennial celebration, Roberto Goizueta—then Chairman, Director, and Chief Executive Officer of The Coca-Cola Company—summed up the work of Jim Kirk and his team with a simple but unforgettable statement: “They’re amazing. It’s hard to describe what they do. They just make Corporate Magic!” Those words became more than a compliment—they became the company’s name and have guided its purpose ever since. For more than four decades, Corporate Magic has continued to create experiences that are difficult to define but impossible to forget, carrying forward the standard of creativity, innovation, and excellence that inspired its name.

Montserrat: A Typeface Built for Clarity and Confidence

Why Montserrat?

Why Montserrat?

Montserrat was designed by Argentine graphic designer Julieta Ulanovsky in 2011. Inspired by the historic hand-painted signs, architectural lettering, and storefront typography of Buenos Aires’ Montserrat neighborhood, she set out to preserve the character and craftsmanship of a disappearing visual heritage through a modern typeface. That philosophy closely aligns with Corporate Magic’s own story of honoring an enduring legacy while continually evolving for the future. Montserrat’s bold geometric forms, exceptional clarity, and timeless simplicity provide a confident voice that reflects our commitment to thoughtful design, clear communication, and enduring creative excellence.
