The “Now and Next” conference highlighted 7 Brew’s rapid expansion while outlining its strategy for continued expansion.
In late January 2026, 7 Brew Coffee held a national leadership conference at Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center in Nashville, bringing together more than 660 executives, franchisees, and managers at a pivotal moment for the company.
The event, built around the theme “Now and Next,” underscored the company’s swift growth. 7 Brew now operates more than 600 drive-thru stands nationwide, including more than 280 locations opened in 2025 alone.
To produce the conference, the company partnered with Corporate Magic, which oversaw logistics, staging, and digital infrastructure, including the event’s registration platform.
The program opened with a general session featuring remarks from Chief Executive Officer John Davidson, followed by approximately 30 breakout sessions focused on operations, leadership, and expansion strategy. Over the course of the sessions, executives emphasized the need to maintain consistency and culture amid rapid scaling, with repeated reference to the company’s guiding principle of “Cultivating Kindness.”
The conference also served as a platform for internal recognition and further culture-building. At an awards banquet, the company honored top-performing franchisees and showcased talented employees who were chosen through a companywide video submission process. Performances ranged from instrumental music to dance and vocal acts, with guitarist and vocalist Rael Murphy receiving top honors.
Beyond internal programming, the company introduced a new philanthropic initiative, The Kindness Foundation, a children’s charity that raised more than $500,000 during the event.

Corporate Magic praised the efforts of the internal logistics team at 7 Brew, which played a major role in the event’s success.
Following the conference, the company said the discussions at the conference would inform systemwide priorities. “The content, conversations, and alignment coming out of Nashville will have real impact across the system. From operational excellence and intentional growth to culture, leadership, and long-term planning, the focus was clear: honor where we are now while building thoughtfully for what’s next.”
