The Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices 2023 Sales Convention, held from March 26 to March 28 at Caesars Forum in Las Vegas, Nevada, was an exceptional event that showcased a unique and memorable experience for all attendees. The conference, centered around the theme “MVP: Motivation, Vision, and Purpose,” emphasized these principles’ importance in achieving professional and personal goals.

With the support of Corporate Magic, President and Chief Creative Officer Jim Kirk, and Senior Creative Director Stephen Dahlem, they brought the MVP theme to life. Their collaboration focused on the vital principles for the “Forever Agents” of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, fostering client loyalty and trust.

The event featured two days of informative General Sessions that educated, inspired, and entertained. They included exciting award recognition of the achievements of the company’s top-performing agents and brokers, with categories such as Sunshine Kids Awards, Top 10 Office Units/GCI, Berkshire Elite Circle, Legend Awards (5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, and 35 years), and Top 25 Teams in various member sizes. The last event of the sales convention was a spectacular concert headlined by OneRepublic where all proceeds went directly to Sunshine Kids. The Network raised over $100,000 for the organization.
