Uniting stars for a great cause
The “Unite Forever Gala” began with a red-carpet entrance and seated dinner on the football field. United Way CEO Jennifer Sampson, event chairs Charlotte Jones Anderson and Troy Aikman, and former Dallas Cowboys players shared their memories of the organization’s impact on the community. Honorary chair and former first lady Laura Bush, alongside her daughters Barbara Bush and Jenna Bush Hager, also spoke about their connection to United Way. The concert was headlined by music superstars Usher and Blake Shelton, each delivering an electrifying show. The evening’s finale was a confetti-filled display featuring United Way staff, select volunteers, and the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders joining the artists onstage. VIP guests attended an exclusive after-party with late-night bites, music by DJ Lucy Wrubel, and even an appearance by the Usher dancers.
Furthering a vital mission
The star-studded gala successfully raised over $10 million. These funds supported United Way of Metropolitan Dallas’ mission to improve lives and create change in North Texas by focusing on education, income, and health.
